高温下C/SiC复合材料疲劳寿命预估方法研究
Research on Fatigue Life Prediction Method of C/SiC Composites at High Temperature
【摘要】 C/SiC复合材料凭借其高强度、高刚度、耐高温、耐腐蚀的优点被大量应用于航空航天领域。为了研究C/SiC复合材料的力学特性,建立了平纹编织C/SiC复合材料的细观力学有限元模型,分析了考虑热应力的C/SiC复合材料单轴渐进加载时的损伤机理。在渐进损伤分析的基础上,对细观力学模型进行了疲劳损伤分析,提出了氧化动力学方程,开发了高温有氧环境下的疲劳损伤分析计算程序并进行了计算,从而为C/SiC复合材料高温有氧环境下的疲劳寿命预估提出了一种新的方法。
【Abstract】 C/SiC composite materials are widely used in aerospace and other fields due to their advantages of high strength, high stiffness, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In order to study the mechanical properties of C/SiC composites, the meso-mechanical finite element model of plain weave C/SiC composites was established, and the damage mechanism of C/SiC composites considering thermal stress was analyzed under uniaxial progressive loading. Based on the analysis of progressive damage, the fatigue damage analysis was performed on the meso-mechanical model, and the oxidation kinetics equation was proposed. The fatigue damage analysis and calculation program under high temperature and aerobic environment were developed and calculated. The calculation was performed for the C/SiC composite material at high temperature. The fatigue life prediction under aerobic environment presents a new method.
