基于优化蚁群算法的国民经济动员任务分配方法
National economic mobilization task assignment method based on optimized ant colony algorithm
【摘要】 针对国家国民经济动员中任务分配问题的复杂性特征,提出了以优化的蚁群劳动分工模型这种新颖的复杂系统建模手段研究经济动员中企业的运行过程,在企业运行特点与蚁群劳动分工模型进行对比分析的基础上,将企业单元定义为人工蚂蚁,根据企业运行的要求重新设计蚂蚁的属性特征、任务执行规则,并利用任务刺激值和动态响应阈值来引导企业参与任务执行。采用该模型对经济动员动态多任务情况下的任务分配进行建模和仿真,最后与风险模型进行对比实验。实验结果表明,该模型可以提高国家国民经济动员中任务分配的效率、任务的完成比例以及任务执行的稳定性。相较于传统方法,该模型方法可以减弱经济动员时任务分配过程对集中控制的依赖,提高企业执行任务的主动性,增强模型动态环境适应性和对动员任务执行情况的平衡能力。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the complexity characteristics of task assignment in national economic mobilization, this paper proposed an innovative ant colony labor division model, a novel and complex system modeling method to study the operation process of enterprises in economic mobilization, and compared the operational characteristics of enterprises with the ant colony division of labor model. On the basis of the definition, the enterprise unit was defined as an artificial ant, and the ant attribute characteristics and task execution rules were redesigned according to the requirements of the enterprise operation, and the task stimulus value and the dynamic response threshold are used to guide the enterprise to participate in the task execution. This model was used to model and simulate the task assignment under the condition of economic mobilization dynamic multi-task, and finally the experiment was conducted to compare the with the risk model. The experimental results show that the model can improve the efficiency of task assignment, the completion ratio of tasks and the stability of task execution in national economic mobilization. Compared with the traditional method, the model method can reduce the dependence of the task allocation process on centralized control during economic mobilization, improve the initiative of the enterprise to perform tasks, enhance the dynamic environment adaptability of the model and balance the mobilization task execution.
