【Abstract】 Taking Trilogy Corporation as a case,this paper adopts the methodology of confirmatory case analysis to explores the technological entrepreneurial strategies and their supportive systems of high-technology enterprise.The results show that enterprises with global leading technology in developed countries usually choose the technological entrepreneurial strategy of global innovation;high-technology enterprises in developing countries need to dynamically select the appropriate technological entrepreneurial strategies according to their technological capability,product-market maturity and target market;the successful implementation of corporate technological entrepreneurial strategies can not be separated from the continuous innovation of business model and the practice of high-performance human resources.更多还原
