【摘要】 以我国科学学会为研究对象,提炼并归纳了科学学会的组织资本和知识活动的维度,其中,科学学会的组织资本包括会员网络、组织网络、制度规范和心理规范,知识活动包括知识生产、知识转移和知识应用。运用SPSS软件回归分析的方法对科学学会的组织资本与知识活动绩效的关系进行了实证研究。研究发现:科学学会的组织资本与知识活动之间存在动态协同演化关系,在学会发展过程中不仅存在双向互促的强联结机理,而且呈倒U形关系;学科成长性对会员网络、组织网络以及心理规范与知识活动绩效的关系具有正向调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Chinese scientific societiy as the research object,this paper refines and summarizes the dimensions of organizational capital and knowledge activity of scientific society,that is the organizational capital of scientific society includes membership network,organizational network,institutional norm and psychological norm,and knowledge activity include knowledge production,knowledge transfer and knowledge application.Using the method of regression analysis with SPSS software,it studies empirically the relationship between organizational capital and knowledge activit the performance of scientific society.It finds that:there is the dynamic co-evolution relationship between organizational capital and knowledge activity of scientific society;in the process of the development of scientific society,there is not only a two-way and mutually reinforcing strong connection mechanism,but also an inverted " U" relationship between them;discipline growth has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between membership network,organizational network,psychological norm and performance of knowledge activity.更多还原
