汇控柜温湿度模拟试验系统开发及应用
Development and Application of Temperature and Humidity Simulation Test System for Control Cabinet
【摘要】 半导体冷凝除湿近年来逐渐被应用于变电站的汇控柜除湿当中,搭建了一套模拟汇控柜内的温湿度环境的试验系统,通过PLC控制柜内给定的温度和湿度,将半导体冷凝除湿装置放入模拟柜内除湿,研究在不同的柜内温度和相同绝对湿度情况下的除湿效果。结果显示在25~45℃温度范围内,温度越高半导体冷凝除湿的效果越差,在40℃以上时长期开启冷凝除湿并不能达到理想的除湿效果。
【Abstract】 Semiconductor condensation dehumidification has recently been gradually applied to the dehumidification for the control cabinet of the substation in recent years. A set of testing system was established to simulate the temperature and humidity environment of control cabinet and the semiconductor refrigeration dehumidification device was placed in the simulation cabinet for dehumidification. This paper studied on the dehumidification effect under different cabinet temperatures with the same absolute humidity. The results show that in the temperature range of 25~45 ℃, the higher the temperature, the worse the effect of semiconductor condensation and dehumidification and the long-term opening condensation and dehumidification above 40 ℃ can’t achieve the desired dehumidification effect.
