高铁AT供电TFN故障对测距的影响

【摘要】 运行中高铁供电系统发生TFN故障,测距装置提供的结果与实际情况有较大差异,并且断路器跳闸时将事故范围扩大。通过实例分析,指出测距装置没有设置TFN故障的判据,且TF故障判据整定值过小,将TFN故障错判为T型或F型故障,是产生偏差的原因。可通过增大TF型故障判据的电流数值,减少TF故障类型判断的错误,或考虑增设TFN故障类型判据。TN故障或FN故障,可能在断路器重合闸时发展成为TFN故障,电抗法测距结果存在较大误差,可用吸上电流比法计算辅助验证测距结果。根据每次故障实际情况修正Q-L特性表,不断提高测距精度。同时合理设置变电所、AT所和分区所的保护,选择性跳开故障线路,缩小事故范围。

【Abstract】 When the TFN fault occurs in the high speed rail power supply system, the result provided by the location device is quite different from the actual situation, and the scope of the accident is enlarged when the circuit breaker tripped. The fault case analysis shows that the cause of the deviation is that the fault location device does not set the criterion of the TFN fault type, and the TF fault type criterion value is too small, and the TFN fault is misjudged to be type T or F type. By increasing the current value of the TF fault criterion, the error of TF fault type can be reduced, or the TFN fault type criterion can be added. TN fault or FN fault may develop into TFN fault when circuit breaker reclosing, the result of reactance method has great error at the moment, the current ratio method can be used to assist the verification of the ranging results. According to the actual situation of each fault, the Q-L characteristic table would be amended to improve the ranging accuracy continuously. And the protection scheme of substation, AT institute and subdivision should been rationally configured, the fault line will be selectively tripped to minimize the scope of the accident.
