【摘要】 为了探讨农村育龄妇女生殖健康的主要影响因素,整群随机抽取湘西土家族苗族自治州20～49周岁的农村育龄妇女,调查其生殖健康状况.通过直接作用的PLS路径模型发现,年龄、受教育程度、个体知识、个体态度、个体行为、家庭因素和社区因素是影响生殖健康的重要因素;通过间接作用的PLS路径模型,得到了以个体知识、个体态度和个体行为为内生潜变量的3条影响路径.建议加强生殖健康知识宣传力度,提升社区生殖健康服务机构的质量和效率,从而改善农村育龄妇女的生殖健康现状.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the main factors influencing the reproductive health of rural women of childbearing age in Xiangxi,women aged 20～49 in Xiangxi rural areas were randomly selected,and their reproductive health status was investigated.Direct action of PLS path model found that age,education,individual knowledge,individual attitude,individual behavior,family factors and community factors are the important influential factors.The indirect action of PLS path model obtained three influencing paths with individual knowledge,individual attitude and individual behavior as endogenous latent variables.It is suggested that publicity of reproductive health knowledge should be strengthened and the quality and efficiency of the community health service should be promoted.更多还原
