基于相对封闭Linux系统配置开源医学影像存储系统用于介入手术室数据库管理
Interventional operating room database management for configuring open source PACS based on relatively closed Linux system
【摘要】 目的将群晖dsm系统配置开源pacs系统及三维重建工作站对dsa手术室数据进行存储并调取及后处理,并对术前术后及随访患者的影像学资料进行复合多融合的三维重建。方法搭建开源dicom服务器,并配置dsa主机三维工作站,使dicom数据可便捷上传及下载回dsa主机或dicom浏览器,从而进一步进行病情的术前术后随访之比较,亦可在dicom浏览器上进行三维重建以观察病灶。结果通过设置好的pacs系统和dsa机器的连接,可以方便快速地备份及读取资料,便于对患者进行术前术后或随访病例进行比较及制定更优的手术方案。结论该系统在dsa数据的保存和读取上便捷有效,使dsa资料得以妥善保存并可与术前术后直观对比,有助于数字化管理患者资料并进行进一步研究应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To store and collect the data from DSA operating room data in the open source picture archiving and communication system(PACS) and 3 D reconstruction workstation, and to perform multifusion three-dimensional(3 D) reconstruction of patient’s preoperative and postoperative imaging data. Methods An open source digital imaging and communications in medicine(DICOM) server was set up and the DSA host 3 D workstation was configured, so that DICOM data could be easily uploaded and downloaded back to the DSA host or DICOM browser and further comparison of preoperative and postoperative follow-up of the disease could be carried out, and 3 D reconstruction could also be performed on the DICOM browser to demonstrate the lesions. Results By setting up the connection between PACS system and DSA machine, it was convenient and quick to save and read the data, so that it became easy to compare patient’s preoperative, postoperative and follow-up findings as well as to formulate a better surgical plan. Conclusion This system is convenient and effective in saving and reading DSA data, so that DSA data can be properly preserved and the postoperative imaging manifestations can be visually compared with the preoperative findings, which is helpful for digital management of patient’s data and for utilization of further researches.
