果蝇在抑郁症研究中的应用
Application of Drosophila in the study of depressive disorder
【摘要】 随着当今社会人们物质生活水平的提高与精神需求达不到满足的不平衡发展,抑郁症的发病率呈现着快速增长的势头。虽然关于抑郁症的发病机制有多种学说加以阐述,但其确切的病理机理还有待于深入研究。啮齿类动物抑郁症模型被广泛应用于抑郁症研究中,但其在基因、分子水平的机制研究中存在一定的局限性,而且动物的生命周期较长、费用较高也在一定程度限制了抑郁症的研究进展。果蝇作为基因遗传学研究领域的模式生物,在基因、分子水平机制的研究中具有明显的优势,而且其生命周期短、神经系统相对简单、易操作、繁殖能力强、易饲养、费用低等特点有利于我们对抑郁症的分子机制、抗抑郁药的筛选及抗抑郁药作用机制的深入研究。
【Abstract】 The incidence of depressive disorder shows a rapid growth trend, revealing the pathological mechanism of depression has become an urgent task. The rodent depression model is widely used in depression research, but is limited in the study of mechanisms at the genetic and molecular levels. Drosophila melanogaster, as a model organism, has obvious advantages in the field of genetics research, such as short life cycle, relatively simple nervous system, easy operation, strong reproductive ability, easy feeding, and low cost, beneficial for further study of the molecular mechanism and the screening of antidepressants.
