【摘要】 目的探讨miR 200c-3p、CXCR6与乳腺癌患者的总生存期、无病生存期的关系。方法选取2013-2015年在我院接受放化疗的乳腺癌患者120例(三阴VS非三阴乳腺癌各60例),获取该120患者的临床病理资料及术后组织石蜡切片,通过固定组织RNA提取试剂盒提取乳腺癌石蜡组织切片中的总RNA,再通过All-inOneTM miRNA定量PCR检测试剂盒检测乳腺癌石蜡组中miR 200c-3p的表达,同时应用免疫组化方法检测肿瘤组织中CXCR6的表达,根据miR-200c-3p及CXCR6不同的表达情况将120例乳腺癌患者分为4组,分析四组患者的生存情况,并分析miR 200c-3p及CXCR6表达高低与乳腺癌患者生存期的关系。结果 miR-200c-3p低表达患者与高表达患者的总生存期(P=0. 428)及无病生存期(P=0. 542)均无差异; CXCR6高表达患者的总生存期差于低表达患者(P=0. 006),CXCR6高表达组的无病生存期差于低表达组(P=0. 042);四组患者的总生存期存在差异(P=0. 022),无病生存期无差异(P=0. 160)。两两比较显示CXCR6高表达miR-200c-3p高表达组的总生存期短于CXCR6低表达miR-200c-3p高表达组及CXCR6低表达miR-200c-3p低表达组,P值分别为0. 002、0. 001。结论乳腺癌患者miR 200c-3p表达与预后无明显关系,CXCR6表达高低与总生存期及无病生存期相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between miR 200 c-3 p and CXCR6 and the overall survival and disease-free survival of breast cancer patients. Methods 120 breast cancer patients(60 cases of Triple-negative VS. 60 cases of non-Triple-negative breast cancer) were recruited according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria screening out in the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from 2013 to 2015. The paraffin sections of the 120 patients were obtained,and the mammary glands were extracted by fixed tissue RNA extraction kit. Total RNA in paraffin section of cancer tissue was detected by all-in-one TM microRNA quantitative PCR kit. The expression of microRNA200 c-3 p in paraffin group of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry method. 120 breast cancer patients were divided into four groups according to the different expression of microRNA-200 c-3 p and CXCR6. The survival of the four groups and the relationship between the expression of microR N A 200 c-3 p and CXCR6 were analyzed. Results T here was no difference in total lifetime(P = 0. 428) and disease-free lifetime(P = 0. 542) between the low-expression group and the high-expression group of miR 200 c-3 p. T he total lifetime of the high-expression group of CXCR6 was shorter than that of the low-expression group(P = 0. 006). Conclusion T he expression of microRNA 200 c-3 p in breast cancer patients has no significant relationship with prognosis.
