【Abstract】 In her article Modern Moral Philosophy,Anscombe provides two approaches to respond to Hume’s"is and ought"problem: "is-need-ought"and"is-owe-ought",that is,to build the bridge between fact and value through the fact of human nature and institutional fact. In fact,in Hume’s original text,traces of these two paths can be found. Hume’s utility-based moral sense and customary justice law correspond to human fact and institutional fact. Therefore,a new interpretation of Hume’s text and problem can be achieved by adopting Anscombe’s thought.更多还原
