非均匀润湿性表面的气泡动力学特性
Bubble Dynamics of Non-uniform Wetting Surface
【摘要】 为探究不同润湿性表面气泡动力学特性,本文采用FLUENT软件中VOF模型对四种不同的微结构下气泡的成长、脱离进行了数值模拟,分析了气泡脱离频率、生长速度、体积、气泡最高点等,获得了不同接触角匹配特性及微结构对气泡动力学特性的影响规律。数据分析表明,对于具有微结构的非均匀润湿表面,凹穴出口外部的表面润湿特性对气泡脱离起主导作用,凹穴结构本身的几何结构和润湿性对气泡脱离的影响相对较弱。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the bubble dynamics on different wetting surfaces, the VOF model of FLUENT software is used to simulate the growth and detachment of bubbles on four different microstructures in this paper. The frequency, the growth rate, the volume and the highest point of bubbles are analyzed. The matching characteristics of different contact angles and the influence of microstructures on bubble dynamics are obtained. The data analysis shows that the surface wetting characteristics outside the cavity play a leading role in the bubble detachment, while the influence of the geometric structures and the wettability of the inner surface of the cavity is relatively weak.
