“三全育人”视角下本科生导师制建设模式研究

【摘要】 本科生导师制是目前我国高等教育的新模式,对于进一步提升本科教育质量意义重大。然而由于各种因素的影响,目前我国高校本科生导师制的开展还存在着不少问题,这些问题的存在严重影响了本科生导师制的进一步发展。本文通过对本科生导师制建设存在的问题进行归纳和总结,在此基础上以"三全育人"为指导思想,对本科生导师制的建设模式提出政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Undergraduate tutor system is a new model of higher education in China, which is of great significance for further improving the quality of undergraduate education. However, due to the influence of various factors, there are still many problems in the development of undergraduate tutor system in China. The existence of these problems has seriously affected the further development of the undergraduate tutor system. This paper summarizes and summarizes the problems existing in the construction of undergraduate tutor system, and then on the basis of the "three full education" as the guiding ideology, puts forward some policy recommendations for the undergraduate tutor system construction model.更多还原
