大类招生背景下“三全育人”协同体系与实效机制的构建

【摘要】 当前教育背景下,高等教育是当前社会培养以及教育人才的主要教育途径。所谓育人先立德,如果想实现适应时代条件下的育人要求,一定需要回归育人为本,立德育人的基本,从多方面多角度建立健全的育人体系。党的十九大明确提出:"建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,必须把教育事业放在优先位置,加快教育现代化,办好人民满意的教育,要全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人的根本要求,发展素质教育,推进教育公平培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。"同时早在2017年12月教育部党组印发《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》提出了"全员全过程全方位"的"三全育人"要求,同时,其又将整体要求细化为课程育人,科研育人,实践育人,文化育人,网络育人,心理育人,管理育人,服务育人,资助育人,组织育人等在内的"十大育人"体系。同时结合实际学科情况,针对"三全育人"体系的建立会有多角度多方位的解读,在如今学科不断融合发展的前提下,针对大类招生的情况会有一些在传统方式招生不同的问题,那么本篇文章就从吉林大学化学学院的大类招生背景下"三全育人"协同体系的构建与实效机制的建立的角度来解读"三全育人"体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher education is the main educational approach to cultivate and educate talents in the current society under educational background nowadays. To meet the requirement of cultivating morality under the condition of the time, we must return to the basic principle of cultivating morality and establish a sound system of cultivating people from various angles——The so-called "establishing morality before educating people". The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out: "Building a strong educational country is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. We must give priority to the cause of education, speed up the modernization of education, and do a good job in education satisfactory to the people. We must fully implement the Party’s educational policy, implement the basic requirements of building morality and cultivating people, develop quality education, promote educational equity, cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics." As early as December 2017, the Party Group of the Ministry of Education issued the Outline of Implementing the Project of Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, which put forward the requirement of "three-all-round education of the whole staff and the whole process". Meanwhile, the overall requirement is refined into the "Top Ten Educational Systems", which includes curriculum education, scientific research education, practical education, cultural education, network education, psychological education, management education, service education, financial support education, organizational education and so on. According to the actual discipline situation, there will be a multi-angle and multi-directional interpretation of the establishment of the "three-round education" system in the meantime. Under the premise of the continuous integration and development of disciplines, there will be some different problems in the enrollment of large categories of students in the traditional way, so this article will interpret the "three-round education" system from the perspective of the construction of the "three-round education" synergy system and the establishment of the effective mechanism under the background of the largescale enrollment of students in the College of Chemistry of Jilin University.更多还原
