青年教师担任新生班主任的探索与实践——以生命科学学科为例的研究

【摘要】 教育部曾明确提出,青年教师要担任学生班主任的工作,以提高教书育人的责任感和社会使命感。吉林大学生命科学学科构建了青年教师新生班主任制度,并研究和探索其实施的有效途径,通过心理辅导、专业教育、提升专业认同感、学术活动、科研训练等方式,鼓励学生确立学业目标、形成良好的学习方法,引导学生尽快完成大学转型期的过渡。

【Abstract】 It had been pointed out by The Ministry of Education of China that young teachers should work as the head teachers in a class in order to improve their responsibility of the society. To explore an effective ways to improve the quality of personnel training in life sciences, a new head teacher system for young teachers has been established in School of Life Sciences of Jilin University. Through appropriate psychological counseling, professional education, and scientific research training activity, etc., students are encouraged to establish academic goals, form good learning methods during their study period. These would help students to complete the conversion of the learning method in their first-year study at university.
