【Abstract】 Based on the concept of "undergraduate education-based", this paper analyzes the status quo and existing deficiencies of engineering talent training in China; discusses the cultivation of new engineering talents in students’ independent learning ability, engineering thinking ability, engineering practice ability, innovative practice ability and innovative research ability. The effective path of the five core competencies is to provide reference for the innovation of engineering talent training in universities in the new era.更多还原
