医学类研究生就业现状及策略分析

【Abstract】 Due to the special nature of medicine, medical survival is narrow in employment channels and the employment scope is small. But the reality is that many medical students are not able to find a job, but "there is no business." Through SWOT analysis, this paper comprehensively discusses the employment mentality, academic qualifications, post competence, employment opportunities and unfavorable factors affecting employment of medical graduate students, and puts forward suggestions on career choice, employment guidance and policy support.更多还原
