Mn掺杂TiO2基压敏-电容功能陶瓷的电性能研究

【摘要】 采用固相合成法制备MnO2掺杂TiO2基压敏-电容功能元件,利用SEM和XRD分析手段,研究了不同MnO2掺杂配比对TiO2双功能陶瓷显微结构和电性能的影响。结果显示微量MnO2掺杂的TiO2基陶瓷主晶相为金红石相。当MnO2的掺杂量为0.3mol%时,可以获得最佳的非线性和压敏特性,同时具有较高的介电常数和较低的介电损耗值。这是由于0.3mol%添加量的微结构晶粒更均匀,在TiO2陶瓷基体中产生充足的氧空位,掺杂的MnO2界面态产生了较高的晶界势垒共同作用的结果。

【Abstract】 The MnO2-doped TiO2 varistor-capacitor functional components were prepared by solid phase reaction methods. With the add amount of MnO2,The effects of the microstructure and electrical properties of TiO2 double function ceramics were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results show that the small amount MnO2-doped TiO2-based ceramic main phase is the rutile structure. When the doping amount of MnO2 is 0.3 mol%, the excellent nonlinearity and varistor characteristics can be exhibited, And show a high dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss. The reason is due to the effect that the grains is more uniform, and sufficient oxygen vacancies are generated in the TiO2 ceramic at the addition of 0.3 mol% MnO2,And the higher grain boundary barrier result of the interface state by doped MnO2.
