桔梗皂苷-纳米硒复合物对CCl4致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用
Hepatoprotective Effect of Nano-selenium/ Platy Odin Complex
【摘要】 目的:研究桔梗皂苷-纳米硒复合物(PLD-NSe0)对CCl4引起的小鼠急性肝损伤的预防保护作用。方法:采用CCl4法制造小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测正常组,模型组,联苯双酯阳性组和PLD-NSe0高、中、低剂量组小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、球蛋白(GLB)、白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)水平以及肝组织匀浆中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。计算小鼠的肝重指数,观察肝脏组织病理学变化。结果:PLD-NSe0的高、中剂量组与模型组相比,小鼠血清中TP、ALB的含量显著升高,肝组织中的GSH-Px活力(p<0.01)显著增强,而小鼠血清中ALT、AST、ALP水平、GLB含量和肝组织中MDA含量显著降低,病理切片显示PLD-NSe0组均不同程度改善肝组织病理的变化。结论:PLD-NSe0对CCl4所致急性肝损伤有保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: Study the protective effect of nano-selenium/platy Odin complex(PLD-NSe0) from okra stem on acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice. Methods: Acute liver injury of mice was established by CCl4. The levels of ALT, AST, ALP, GLB, ALB, TP in serum and the content of GSH-Px, MDA in liver homogenate were detected of mice in normal control group, model group, biphenyl dieter group and PLD-NSe0 high, medium and low dose groups, to measure the index of liver, The histopathological changes of liver were observed. Results: Compared with model group, the contents of TP and ALB in serum of mice in high and middle dose groups of PLD-NSe0 increased significantly, the activity of GSH-Px in liver tissue increased significantly(p<0.01), while the levels of ALT, AST, ALP, GLB and MDA in liver tissue decreased significantly. Pathological section displays the pathological changes of liver tissue to varying degrees all of them improved. Conclusion: The PLD-NSe0 had protective effect on acute liver injury induced by CCl4.
