【摘要】 目的:分析新生儿PICC置管并联合床旁超声进行PICC导管头端位置初步定位的效果。方法:新生儿PICC置管术后,应用床旁超声初筛排除PICC导管异位,再行X线定位PICC导管头端位置。结果:导管上腔静脉/下腔静脉到位率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),二次摄片率、置管成本、导管启用时间以及机械性静脉炎发生率均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿PICC置管并联合床旁超声进行导管头端位置初步定位,方法简单,适合在新生儿PICC置管中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of neonatal PICC catheterization combined with bedside ultrasound on initial positioning of PICC catheter tip.Method After neonatal PICC catheterization,PICC catheter ectopic position was eliminated by bedside ultrasound screening,and the position of PICC catheter tip was located by X-ray.Results Catheter superior vena cava/inferior vena cava must be higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),secondary photographed piece rate,the cost of insertion,catheter enable time and mechanical phlebitis rates were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal PICC catheterization combined with bedside ultrasound is a simple method for initial positioning of the catheter tip.更多还原
