【摘要】 目的:研究分析降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素6对导管相关血流感染早期诊断的价值。方法:观察组为住院接受治疗的导管相关血流感染患者148例,对照组为健康者,共140例。为上述观察对象开展PCT、hs-CRP和白细胞介素6检测,对单一检测以及联合检测的导管相关血流感染检出率进行比较。此外比较两组观察对象的PCT水平、hs-CRP水平和白细胞介素6水平。结果:联合检测的导管相关血流感染检出率明显高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的PCT水平明显较对照组高,其hs-CRP水平以及白细胞介素6水平亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCT、hs-CRP和白细胞介素6诊断导管相关血流感染的价值较高,值得临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of PCT,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the early diagnosis of catheter-related blood stream infection.Method 148 patients with catheter-associated blood flow infection treated in our hospital were selected as the obsenation group.The control group was a healthy group(140 cases).The detection rates of PCT,hs-CRP and interleukin 6 were compared between the single test and the combined detection.In addition,the levels of PCT,hs-CRP and IL-6 were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of catheter-related blood flow infection was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of hs-CRP and interleukin 6 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PCT,hs-CRP and IL 6 in the diagnosis of catheter-related blood flow infection is high,and it is worthy of clinical wide application in the future.更多还原
