常规涂片联合细胞块及免疫细胞化学技术在恶性胸腹腔积液的应用
The role of routine smear combine with cell block and immunocytochemistry in malignant cavity effusion
【摘要】 目的:探讨常规涂片联合细胞块及免疫细胞化学技术在恶性胸腹腔积液的应用。方法:收集54例胸腹腔积液,常规涂片,剩余标本制备细胞块,并运用免疫细胞化学技术检测抗体组在腺癌细胞及增生的间皮细胞中的表达情况。结果:运用常规涂片联合免疫细胞化学法可以提高阳性标本的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且抗体组CK7、TTF-1、NapsinA、ER、PR、GATA-3及PAX-8在腺癌细胞中高表达,在增生的间皮细胞中低表达或不表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并对确定组织来源有帮助;HBME-1及Calretinin在增生的间皮细胞中高表达,在腺癌细胞中低表达或不表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规涂片联合细胞块及免疫细胞化学技术,对鉴别胸腹腔积液中细胞良恶性及恶性细胞的组织起源有重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of routine smear combine with cell block and immunocytochemistry in malignant cavity effusion.Method We collected 54 cases from cavity effusion and prepared routine smear and cell blocks,then the expression of antibodies in adenocarcinomal cells and hyperplastic mesothelial cells was detected,which used immunocytochemistry method.Results The routine smear combined with immunocytochemistry method can improve the detection rate of positive specimens,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);They had high expression of CK7、TTF-1、NapsinA、ER、PR、GATA-3 and PAX-8 in adenocarcinomal cells,and had low expression or no expression in hyperplastic mesothelial cells, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and help to determine the source of the tumor.They had high expression of HBME-1 and calretinin in hyperplastic mesothelial,and had low expression or no expression in adenocarcinomal cells, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion We used rotine smear and immunocytochemistry method to detected the expression of multiple antibodies,it is important to differentiate benign from malignant of cavity effusion and it help to determine the source of the tumor.
