【摘要】 目的:探讨匹伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法:选择颈动脉粥样硬化患者52例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予匹伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组给予阿司匹林治疗。两组均连续治疗6个月,分别观察血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)以及颈动脉斑块的面积的变化。结果:两组患者在连续治疗6个月后的TC、TG、LDL-C和IMT以及颈动脉斑块的面积显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),HDL-C水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:匹伐他汀钙联合阿司匹林治疗能够干预并降低血脂水平,显著改善颈动脉斑块患者颈动脉粥样硬化的程度,减低颈动脉内膜中层厚度,使心脑血管意外事件的发生率、致残率和致塞率降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Pitavastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis. Method 52 patients of carotid atherosclerosis in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with pitavastatin combined and aspirin,the control group was treated with aspirin. After six months of continuous treatment,the changes of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and carotid intima media thickness(IMT),and the area of carotid plaques were compared between the two group. Results Serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and carotid intima media thickness(IMT),and the area of carotid plaques at the time of six months of continuous treatment were lower than the time of before treatment significantly(P < 0. 05).High density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) at the time of six months of treatment were higher than the time of before treatment significantly(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pitavastatin combined with aspirin can interfere with and reduce blood lipid levels,significant improvement of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque,reduction of carotid intima media thickness,reducing the incidence,cripple and plugging of cardiovascular endpoint events.更多还原
