高速精密磨床主轴动静压轴承动静态特性分析

【摘要】 动静压轴承不仅具有静压轴承在启停阶段低磨损的优点,而且兼具动压轴承在高速阶段动压承载特性会使其得在高速精密磨床主轴系统领域越来越广泛的应用。本文基于动静压轴承的润滑条件,联合雷诺方程和连续性方程,对其基本性能参数进行分析,建立了动静压轴承润滑理论模型,同时考虑温度对润滑油粘度的影响,结合能量方程,建立了新的动静压润滑理论分析模型。并针对上海机床厂MK84125机床的动静压轴承进行了基本性能计算。

【Abstract】 The dynamic and static pressure bearing not only has the advantage of low wear of the dynamic and static bearing in the start-stop phase,but also has the dynamic and static characteristics of the dynamic and static bearing in the high-speed stage,which makes it more and more widely used in the field of high-speed precision grinding machine spindle system. Based on the lubrication conditions of dynamic and static bearings,combined with Reynolds equation and continuity equation,analyze its basic performance parameters,the theoretical model of dynamic and static bearing lubrication is established. At the same time,considering the influence of temperature on the viscosity of lubricating oil,a new theoretical analysis model of dynamic and static pressure lubrication is established based on the energy equation. The basic performance calculations were carried out for the dynamic and static bearings of the MK84125 machine tool of Shanghai Machine Tool Plant.
