【摘要】 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法,通过对我国体育场馆综合体发展面临的困境进行剖析,探寻我国体育场馆综合体发展的路径,以期为推进我国体育场馆改革的健康有序发展提供帮助。主要结论:通过加强政府宏观管理规划和布局,加强土地资源的集约性建设,促进体育场馆余裕空间利用,构建融资渠道和资金来源的多元化,建立长效政策扶持机制五个方面促进我国体育场馆综合体的长效发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of documentation,logical analysis and expert interviews,this paper analyses the predicament faced by the development of China’s stadium complex,and explores the development path of China’s stadium complex,with a view to providing help for the healthy and orderly development of China’s stadium and gymnasium reform. The main conclusions are as follows: To promote the long-term development of China’s stadium complex,we should strengthen the government’s macro-management planning and layout,strengthen the intensive construction of land resources,promote the utilization of the spare space of stadiums and gymnasiums,construct the diversification of financing channels and sources of funds,and establish a long-term policy support mechanism.更多还原
