【摘要】 校企对接培养模式包括校企合作共建的实训基地、实验室、信息平台,企业参与课程改革,技术培训与服务等,达到校企共同培养应用型人才。经过校企对接实践、顶岗实习,学生的专业素养得到了显著提升,用人单位对接纳的毕业生比较满意。经过校企双方合作,取得了显著的成效,但存在的问题和不足需要在今后的工作中加以改进和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 School-enterprise matching cultivation model includes co-construction of practicing bases,laboratory,information platform,enterprise-involving curriculum reform,technique training and service,etc.,thus cultivating applied talents by school-enterprise model.By school-enterprise matching practice,the major skills of students have been greatly improved,and institutes are satisfied with postgraduate as accepted.By school-enterprise matching,great accomplishments have been attained.
