【摘要】 汾河下游的平原河道很容易遭受水患灾害,运城段汾河下游堤防工程存在部分河段缺乏堤防工程、堤防工程防洪标准偏低、工程局部受损严重等问题,在查阅资料与实地探查的基础上,提出了相对较完善的补救措施和解决对策,为堤坝防御工程、完善防洪清淤工作提供了理论上的实践可行性依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the problems existing in the lower reaches of Fenhe River dike project in Yuncheng City,such as lack of dike engineering,low flood control standard of dike engineering and serious local damage of the project,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as improving dike defense engineering,strengthening weak dikes,improving flood control and silt clearance work,implementing flood control responsibility,strengthening prediction and early warning,and timely eliminating hidden dangers.更多还原
