不同菌剂处理鲜鸡粪发酵试验研究

【摘要】 为了筛选出鲜鸡粪堆肥发酵适宜的菌剂,试验选择3种菌剂和空白对照,共四组进行了堆肥发酵试验,测定了发酵前期水分、氨气和硫化氢含量及温度变化的情况。结果表明:添加菌剂C,温度变化较其它三组极显著升高(P<0.01);四组含水率经历了上升、下降、再上升、再下降等阶段,含水率的变化趋势基本一致。处理3含水率差异显著低于对照组(P<0.05);四个处理氨气和H2S的含量呈现逐渐降低的趋势,添加菌剂处理较对照有降低的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果显示,菌剂C适宜推广应用。

【Abstract】 In order to screen out the suitable bacteria for fresh chicken manure compost fermentation, three bacteria and blank control were selected. A total of four groups were arranged and the water content, ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide content and temperature changes in the pre-fermentation period detected. Research results showed that the temperature change in treatment adding fermentation agent C was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.01). The water content of the four groups changed the same way, i.e., rising, falling, rising and falling again. The water content in treatment 3 was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). The content of ammonia and H2 S in the four treatments showed a gradually decreasing trend, and they decreased in treatment with bacteria compared with the control, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The results showed that the Agent C is suitable for extension and application.
