【Abstract】 In the United States, the flourishing P-Tech has become a high quality model of applied personnel cultivation. The scale is gradually formed from the initial establishment, development and social recognition, which mainly reflects the mutual communication between education and career, innovation of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, and deepening the concept of vocational education of integrating industry and education. A survey of the innovation and characteristics in its developmental process is significant for China’s vocational education in deepening the integration of industry and education.更多还原
