【摘要】 以广东农工商职业技术学院为例,对高职院校计算机实训室的管理模式改革进行探讨。分析了分散型管理模式存在的问题,对其转型为集中型管理的计算机实训中心提出了解决策略和优化方案。包括对计算机实训中心的功能架构进行规划;对实训硬件设备进行分层管理;结合虚拟化云计算技术进行资源池管理和扩容,实现资源灵活动态配置;构建实训中心信息化管理系统,提升智能化管理水平;对资源整合优化,为培训考证、校企合作、社会服务提供更好的支持,力求建成一流的高职院校计算机实训中心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Guangdong AIB Polytechnic as an example,this paper explores the management model for the computer training center(computer room) in vocational colleges. The problems under the decentralized management are analyzed, and the solution strategy and optimization scheme for the transition from decentralized management to centralized management are put forward. The latter includes lots of initiatives,such as planning the functional architecture of the computer training center, managing the trainning hardware and equipment hierarchically, managing and expanding the resource pool combined with virtualization cloud computing technology to realize the dynamic configuration to the resources flexibly, constructing an information management system for the training center to raise the level of intelligent management, and integrating and optimizing the resources to provide support for obtaining training certificates, school-enterprise cooperation and social services. By doing so, we can strive to build into a first-class computer training center in vocational colleges.更多还原
