【摘要】 运用问卷调查和访谈法,对湖南省6所具有代表性的职业院校进行调研,发现目前非遗校园传承人身份认同存在的问题是总体水平偏低、身份识别限于表层、情感归属缺失、行为趋向消极。产生的原因在于培养环境恶劣、责任意识淡化、身份制度不够完善、情感体验遭受冲击。提出可以通过完善非遗校园传承人培养环境、提升非遗校园传承人的传承意识、出台非遗校园传承人的身份制度、强化非遗校园传承人的仪式教育等路径来增进身份认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to conduct research on six representative vocational colleges in Hunan Province. It is found that problems of the current intangible cultural heritage campus inheritor identity are low overall level of their identity, superficial recognition of their identity, lacking emotional attribution and negative behavioral tendency. The reasons for these questions are: poor training environment, weakened sense of responsibility, imperfect identity system and impact of emotional experience. It is proposed that the identity of intangible cultural heritage campus inheritors should be cultivated by improving the environment, enhancing their inheritance consciousness, introducing their identity system, and strengthening their ritual education.更多还原
