【Abstract】 "Internet+"has brought about new educational productivity and promoted the construction and application of curriculum resources in the society. One of the typical features of the online open curriculum resources is the transformation from the teaching paradigm to the learning paradigm. The key supporting factor of the learning paradigm is the independent learning ability. The building of a new curriculum teaching model with " learning as the center",planning of the new framework with the internal and external curriculum resources construction,promotion of the mixed teaching with quality assurance as the core and deepening of the curriculum reformation with the integration of production and education as the content can improve the learner autonomy,promote the education fairness and push higher education along the path of high-quality and connotative development.
