【Abstract】 In order to responding to the call of national policy and improving the quality of personnel training in an all-round way, Bohai University implement reformation in education."Revolving Classroom"reconstruct college classes and train applicable talents.These measures rejuvenates college classes. The proposing of reformation in education policy experienced several steps, such as agenda setting, construction of policy and legalization, implementation of policy and evaluation and so on. This article used analyzing of the stages heuristic to analyzing the introduction and extension of the"Revolving Classroom"education policy in Bohai University.更多还原
