【Abstract】 While further education for secondary vocational school teachers is becoming an important part of teaching team construction along with the development of China’s education,it is necessary for teachers of mechanical specialty to participate the program to improve their own professional knowledge and technology so as to meet the demands of employers ’ over the students from these schools and the requirements of innovation of science and technology,education and knowledge.
