基于DEA的江西省矿产资源产业链技术效率研究

【摘要】 文章根据江西省矿产资源禀赋和矿产资源产业链发展的实际情况,运用数据包络分析的CCR、BCC及超效率模型对江西省矿产资源产业链整体及其不同矿产资源产业链的技术效率进行分析,研究发现:①2007年-2016年江西省矿产资源产业链整体和不同矿种矿产资源产业链的技术效率均出现不同程度的提升,但是提升幅度不大,技术效率均小于1。②2007年-2016年江西省不同矿种资源产业链的技术效率较低,其纯技术效率贡献水平均明显低于规模效率的贡献水平。③未来江西省矿产资源产业链发展应该走以工艺创新为主的模式,走以提高产品品质为主的道路,着重从产业链、产业和企业角度强化创新要素的投入规模和质量,以提高矿产资源产业链的技术效率、规模效率和资源环境利用效率。

【Abstract】 According to the reality of the mineral resources endowment and the development level of its mineral resources industry chain in Jiangxi Province, from the perspective of ferrous metal mineral resources industrial chain, non-ferrous metal mineral resources industrial chain and non-metallic mineral resources industrial chain. This paper used data envelopment analysis’ s CCR, BCC and super-efficiency models to analyze the technical efficiency of the mineral resources industry chain and the different mineral resources industry chains in Jiangxi Province. The result showed that:① From 2007 to 2016, the technical efficiency of Jiangxi mineral resources industry chain as a whole and different types of mineral resources industry chain had been improved in varying degrees, but improvement rate was not large, and the technical efficiency was less than 1. ② From the perspective of technical efficiency of different types of mineral resources industrial chain, the technical efficiency of Jiangxi mineral resources industrial chain from 2007 to 2016 was low, and the contribution level of pure technical efficiency of its industrial chain was significantly lower than that of scale efficiency. ③ In the future, the development of mineral resources industry chain in Jiangxi Province should follow the mode of technological innovation, took the road of improving product quality as the main road, and strengthened the investment scale and quality of innovation elements from the perspective of industry chain, industry and enterprise, so as to improve the technological efficiency, scale efficiency and resource and environment utilization efficiency of mineral resources industry chain.
