【摘要】 大学生创业者应该具备的人格特质包括认知特征和个性特点。大学生创业者的认知特征主要包括对创业政策的认知和了解,对创业概念及创业者素质的认知,以及对创业教育和创业风险的认知。关于大学生创业者的人格特质方面,进行问卷调查和文献期刊的阅读,收集一些资料和相关数据。同时,大学生创业心理普遍存在创业意识缺乏、创业知识匮乏,创业情感不强烈、创业意志不坚定、创业能力较弱、创业人格不健全等六大方面的问题,为大学生塑造良好的创业心理提供了有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The personality traits of college entrepreneurs should include their cognitive characteristics and personality characteristics.The cognitive characteristics of College entrepreneurs mainly include the cognition and understanding of entrepreneurship policy,the concept of entrepreneurship and the quality of entrepreneurs,as well as the awareness of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship risk.As for the personality traits of College entrepreneurs,the author has done some questionnaires and read literature journals,collected some data and related data.At the same time,college students’ entrepreneurship psychology still has six problems:lack of entrepreneurial consciousness,lack of entrepreneurial knowledge,weak entrepreneurial emotion,unstable entrepreneurial will,weak entrepreneurial ability and unsound entrepreneurial personality,which provide useful reference for college students to shape good entrepreneurial psychology.更多还原
