【摘要】 中国梦反映了人民对美好生活的向往,折射出对幸福感的追求。在我国经济高速发展的40年里,经济总量已经成为全球第二的背景下,探讨幸福的影响因素,以及幸福和收入之间的关系,既符合追寻中国梦的要求,也具有较强的现实意义。从幸福的概念出发,引出我国现阶段的"幸福悖论",指出在不同的历史阶段,随着经济和社会环境的变化,影响幸福感的因素是不断变化的。一方面,着重分析了伴随着我国社会主要矛盾的变化,在改革开放之前、改革开放早期、当前历史时期和全面建成小康社会之后这四个阶段的居民幸福感的演变。根据马斯洛需求理论,幸福感的决定因素逐渐由政治忠诚、贫困落后,过渡到相对收入差距,乃至对社会信任和民主政治的追求。另一方面,从国家的角度来看,居民幸福感的影响因素不完全取决于简单的GDP增长指标上,还取决于其他非经济方面的发展。在十九大报告和两个一百年奋斗目标中对经济社会生态环境等发展目标做出了全面表述。坚持"四个全面"的战略布局和"五位一体"的总体布局,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的重要手段和途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese Dream reflects aspirations of the people to live a better and happier life. As China has become the world’s second largest economy after 40 years’ high-speed growth since the reform and opening up. Given this background, it is of strong practical significance to explore the determining factors of happiness and its relationship with income. On the basis of interpretation of happiness, this paper introduces "happiness paradox" in current China. On one hand, it argues that in different historical periods, and as the economic and social environment change, the determining factors of happiness are constantly changing. With the change of the society’s principle contradiction, the determinants of happiness gradually evolve from political loyalty, absolute poverty, relative income disparity to the social trust and democratic politics, based on the Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs. On the other hand, at the national level, households’ happiness is not entirely dependent on simple GDP growth indicators, but also on other non-economic factors. The 19th CPC National Congress reports and the Two Centenary Goals have comprehensive statements on the development of economy, society, environment, etc. Sticking with the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy and the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan, will be an important approach to the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.更多还原
