【摘要】 为了解日伪统治下山西医学领域高校员工的收入状况,揭露日军对华籍医务人员的欺压与剥削,采用描述性分析、独立样本t检验、Pearson相关等方法对山西省立桐旭医学专科学校90名员工的薪俸进行分析,结果发现日籍员工平均薪俸是华籍员工的2. 2倍,专业岗员工的薪俸比管理岗员工高,学校员工的薪俸比附属医院员工高,年龄越大的员工薪俸越高,特殊津贴主要由日本人领取,华籍管理人员是山西省立桐旭医学专科学校收入最低的群体。对于山西省立桐旭医学专科学校的华籍员工来说,除了职称为教授、副教授的人员以及个别管理者经济状况稍好一点,其他人员则常常挣扎在饥饿的边缘。更多还原

【Abstract】 To know the income situation of college staff in Shanxi medical domain in the period when Japan aggressed Taiyuan,reveal the Japanese invading troops’ oppression and exploitation to Chinese medical personnel,analyzing salaries of 90 staffs’ of Shanxi Provincial Tongxu Medical College with descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,Pearson correlation method. The results find that the average salary is 2. 2 times as much Japanese staff as Chinese,professional staffs’ average salary is higher than that of management staffs,school staffs’ average salary is higher than that of hospital staffs,older staffs get more salaries,special allowances are owned mainly by Japanese,Chinese managers are the lowest income group of Tongxu medical college. In the Chinese staffs of Tongxu medical college,many people often struggle against hunger except those with professional titles such as professor,associate professor and those individual managers,whose financial situation are a little better.更多还原
