【摘要】 当前,国家对高新技术企业认定数量大幅上涨,但这是否能够促进区域创新尚无定论。本文基于中国大陆31个省份的面板数据,就高新技术企业认定、企业R&D投入对区域创新绩效的影响进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:高新技术企业认定数量对区域创新绩效影响不显著,且高新技术企业税负的减轻仅仅促进了区域专利授权量;高新技术企业R&D人员投入显著促进了区域创新绩效的提升,且企业R&D经费支出对区域论文数量和技术市场交易额的正向影响也很显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the number of hi-tech enterprises determined by China has increased remarkably, but whether the determination of high-tech enterprises has promoted regional innovation still remains unknown. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China’s mainland, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the influences of the determination of hi-tech enterprises and enterprises’ R&D investment on regional innovation performance. The result shows, the number of determined hi-tech enterprises does not have a significant influence on regional innovation performance. Besides, the tax burden reduction of hi-tech enterprises only increases the regional number of patents authorized. The investment of hi-tech enterprises in R&D personnel has significantly improved regional innovation performance and enterprises’ R&D expenditure also has a significantly positive impact on the regional number of academic papers and the trading volume on the technical market.更多还原
