【Abstract】 Under the background that the proportion of candidates applying for postgraduate examinations across majors is increasing year by year and the admission rate is also increasing simultaneously, how to ensure the training quality has become an urgent issue to be studied. In view of the differences in professional basis, professional knowledge structure and thinking mode between crossdisciplinary and accounting-based postgraduates, based on theoretical research and summing-up of best practice experience in various fields, the study takes Beijing Garment College as an example to analyze the professional background, basic courses and professional curriculum level by using the method of investigation and research. It analyzes the training requirement of cross-disciplinary master degree graduates, discusses the training method of cross-disciplinary accounting students and probes into the way of personalized training.更多还原
