【摘要】 福州三坊七巷历史文化街区经历了以房地产开发为主要方式的破坏性改造、整体街巷建筑文物修缮保护、注重文化和文化生态保护三个不同阶段。经过保护,基本恢复三坊七巷的坊巷格局,保护了重要建筑,整理和保护了非物质文化遗产,经过开发,三坊七巷历史文化街区已成为5A级文化旅游地、闽台文化创意园核心区、文博业集聚高地。但三坊七巷保护与开发统筹工作中存在一定的瓶颈,需从体制和机制上开展建设,并对文化资源做好挖掘、整理和保护工作。在制度和资源保护基础上,把握核心文化要素和历史文脉,提炼开发主线和开发内容,并通过推动文化创意产业、文化博览业和休闲旅游业融合,发展文化产业,实现三坊七巷的保护和开发的统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The historic and cultural blocks of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys in Fuzhou have experienced three different stages:destructive transformation with real estate development as the main mode, renovation and protection of architectural relics of the whole lanes and streets, and emphasis on cultural and ecological protection. After protection, the lane pattern of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys has been basically restored, important buildings have been protected, and the intangible cultural heritage has been sorted out and protected. Through development, the historical and cultural blocks of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys have become a5A-level cultural tourist destination, the core area of Fujian-Taiwan Cultural Creative Park and the gathering district of the cultural and exhibition industry. However, there are some bottlenecks in the overall planning of the protection and development of the blocks.We need to carry out system and mechanism construction, and do a good job in excavating, sorting out and protecting cultural resources.
