【Abstract】 Employee happiness has attracted much attention in recent years due to the international community’s attention to the National Happiness Index. By introducing the main categories and contents of the management modes of employee happiness in European and American countries, this paper comments on the modes and concludes that in order to implement a management mode of employee happiness in Chinese enterprises, we must fully learn from the concepts of employee happiness cultivation in foreign countries, and optimize and integrate the concepts accordingly.更多还原
