【摘要】 互联网作为现代手段在乡村振兴中发挥着越来越重要的作用,"互联网+"特色产业扶贫成为目前脱贫的主要手段。河北省"互联网+"特色产业扶贫具有一定的工作基础,也涌现了一批成功模式,但同时,此项工作也存在一定问题,包括扶贫基础薄弱、扶贫水平不高、扶贫体制机制不健全等。针对这些问题,在对河北省"互联网+"特色产业扶贫进行典型调研的基础上,提出了依托"大数据"推动融合发展、搭建"云平台"完善配套服务、突出政府引导强化政策扶持、加强宣传培训营造良好氛围等方面的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Internet as a modern means plays a important role in Rural Revitalization. "Internet +" special industries to help the poor become the main means of poverty alleviation at present. The "Internet +" special industries in Hebei province have some work foundation and a number of successful models. But at the same time, there are still some problems in the work, including poor foundation for poverty alleviation, low level of poverty alleviation, and imperfect institutional mechanism for poverty alleviation. In view of these problems, based on the typical investigation of "Internet +" characteristic industries in Hebei Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as promoting integration development, building "cloud platform", improving supporting services, highlighting government guidance, strengthening policy support, strengthening publicity and training, and creating a good atmosphere.更多还原
