【Abstract】 Cultivation of the practice ability is the key component of professional master of personnel training system, and also is the most significant and distinctive features to distinguish a professional master degree graduate from an academic master degree student. In order to cultivate the strong practice ability for professional master degree of students,joint efforts from mentors,disciplines and enterprises are needed mentors design a bottom practice mode,CDIO training topics;disciplines design a practice middle mode: course design;and enterprises design a top practice mode: enterprise sharing project, to explore a school-enterprise co-operation mode.Through three-layer exploration of the cultivation mode, we effectively play the functions and efficiency of joint training of tutors, professions and off campus internship bases.更多还原
