【摘要】 继续教育是国家构建终身学习体系和学习型社会的重要组成部分。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出:"以加强人力资源能力建设为核心,大力发展非学历继续教育,稳步发展学历继续教育。"当前,我国继续教育正在进入跨越式大发展时期,为适应终身学习体系构建,高校应大力发展非学历继续教育。浙江大学通过制定战略规划、明晰定位、管理体制改革、制度创新等系统设计,建立非学历继续教育新型办学管理体系和统筹协调保障机制,有效探索了高校非学历继续教育转型发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Continuing education plays an important role in constructuring a lifelong education system and a learning-oriented society. Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) emphasizes that we should vigorously develop non-degree continuing education and steadily develop academic continuing education, with the core of strengthening the capacity building of human resources. At present, China’s continuing education is experiencing leap-foward development.To adapt to the construction of a learning-oriented society and a lifelong education system, universities and colleges should vigorously develop non-degree continuing education. Through the formulation of strategic planning, clear positioning, management system reform, institutional innovation and other system design, Zhejiang University has established a management system and a coordinated guarantee mechanism of non-degree continuing education, effectively exploring the transformation and development of non-degree continuing education in colleges and universities.更多还原
