【摘要】 随着大学生数量的快速增长,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,熟悉大学生生涯规划与就业压力现状,是有效指导大学生就业的前提。本研究通过面访等形式对大学生生涯规划现状与就业压力进行质性研究发现,大学生的生涯规划意识整体清晰,影响大学生择业标准的因素主要是专业特点、个人性格特征与父母意愿,大学生职业生涯规划模糊的影响因素是自我规划意识较弱、社会环境认知不足、高校生涯规划辅导实效性的与针对性不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Absrtact With the rapid growth of the number of College students,the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious. It is very important to understand the career planning and action mode of college students and the sources of employment pressure for college students to do a good job in their first employment. Through interviews and other forms of qualitative research on the status quo of College Students’ career planning and employment pressure,this study plays a role in promoting college students’ self-education in the practice of selfplanning,establishing a correct concept of employment,improving college employment guidance,promoting college students’ employment,promoting social harmony and stability,realizing the rational allocation of human resources,and achieving a happy people’s livelihood.更多还原
