【摘要】 习总书记在十九大报告中将就业问题确定为最大的民生问题,大学生作为社会发展和进步的重要推动者,他们的就业是全国就业工作的重要组成部分。为了解当前国内外关于大学生就业问题的研究现状和热点,本文基于文献计量视角以WEB OF SCIENCE和CNKI为数据源,进行了国内外研究大学生就业问题文献的发文量统计分析、高频关键词频次统计分析、共现分析和聚类分析。研究表明:(1)通过统计分析不同年份发文量发现:2008年金融危机事件是造成国内外关于大学生就业问题的研究快速增长的直接原因。(2)通过高频关键词的共现分析发现,国际上比较热门的研究主题是大学生毕业生的雇佣和教育等;国内比较热门的研究主题是高校大学生就业教育、金融危机对大学生就业的影响等。(3)通过高频关键词的聚类分析发现:国际上重视大学生就业能力培养和职业规划教育等方面的研究;而国内的研究则比较分散,研究热点不是很明朗。更多还原

【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi identified the employment problem as the biggest livelihood issue in the report of the 19 th National Congress. As an important promoter of social development and progress, the employment of the university students is an important part of the national employment work. In order to understand the current research status and hotspots of college students’ employment problems at home and abroad, this paper based on the literature measurement perspective WEB OF SCIENCE and CNKI as the data source, carried out domestic and international research on the employment statistics of college students employment statistics, high frequency keyword frequency statistics Analysis, cooccurrence analysis and cluster analysis. Research surface:(1) Through statistical analysis of the number of publications in different years, it is found that the 2008 financial crisis is the direct cause of the rapid growth of research on employment problems of college students at home and abroad.(2) Through the co-occurrence analysis of high-frequency keywords,it is found that the most popular research topics in the world are the employment and education of college graduates; the more popular research topics in China are the employment education of college students and the impact of financial crisis on college students’ employment.(3) Through cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords, it is found that international research on the employment ability training and career planning education of college students is emphasized; while domestic research is scattered, and the research hotspots are not very clear.更多还原
