基于心理契约视角的“导师-研究生”关系构建研究
Study on the Construction of “Supervisor-Postgraduates” Relationship Based on the Perspective of Psychological Contract
【摘要】 近年来,因高校导师与研究生之间的矛盾激化而导致研究生自杀等极端事件时有发生。通过查阅有关"导师—研究生"关系的相关文献,从心理契约理论视角出发,对学术共同体中导致"导师—研究生"之间心理契约破裂的问题进行剖析,指出学生方"求学动机多样化""学术胜任力欠缺";导师方"指导不足""功利心强""权利滥用"等是影响师生心理契约达成的具体因素,并以心理契约建立期、稳定期、违背期三个阶段为线索,提出完善沟通机制、开设心理门诊和健全督导制度等构建"导师—研究生"良好心理契约的路径。
【Abstract】 Suicides and extreme events of postgraduates happen occasionally in recent years because of intensified conflicts between supervisors and postgraduates.By consulting related articles on the relations between supervisors and postgraduates,this paper attempts to analyze the problems bursting out in the relations between supervisors and postgraduates from the perspective of the Psychological Contract Theory,concluding that the diversified motivations for learning,lack of academic competence of the postgraduates,insufficient guidance,excessive desire for fame and wealth,and rights abuse of supervisors are the specific factors that affect the conclusion of a psychological contract between them.Based on the timeline of the three stages of the psychological contract,i.e.the constructing stage,the stable stage,and the breaking-off stage,this paper proposes a route for building good psychological contracts between supervisors and postgraduates,including improvement of communication mechanism,offering psychological outpatient service,and improvement of supervision system.
