【Abstract】 Based on an empirical analysis of the organizational structure of the postgraduate schools of 41 higher-learning institutions constructing themselves into world first-class universities,this paper describes the current situation of the level of the organization of the postgraduate schools,typical characteristics and deep-seated problems thereof in China.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some basic approaches for the organization reform of the postgraduate schools,such as integrated organizational structure,information-based management,and professional organizational structure.更多还原
