【摘要】 目的探讨乐蓓尔分娩镇痛配合音乐疗法对分娩的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月重庆三峡中心医院有条件经阴道分娩的初产妇300例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(乐蓓尔分娩镇痛配合音乐疗法,100例)、对照组(乐蓓尔分娩镇痛,100例)和空白对照组(传统分娩模式,100例)。比较3组患者产痛、产时情绪、出血量、产程、新生儿Apgar评分及分娩满意度。结果研究组、对照组及空白对照组经阴道分娩率依次降低(97.00%、82.00%、71.00%,P<0.05);经阴道分娩产妇疼痛程度和不良情绪依次增加(P<0.05);分娩出血量、分娩后24 h出血量依次增多(P<0.05);第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程时间依次增加(P<0.05);3组新生儿出生后1 min、5 min、10 min Apgar评分依次降低(P<0.05);产妇分娩满意度依次降低(93.00%、83.00%、72.00%,P<0.05)。结论乐蓓尔分娩镇痛联合音乐疗法在有条件经阴道分娩初产妇中实施可提高经阴道分娩率,减轻产时疼痛和不良情绪,缩短产程,降低产时、产后出血量,提高新生儿出生质量和产妇分娩满意度,具有一定临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Le Beier childbirth analgesia combined with music therapy on childbirth. Methods 300 cases of primiparas with conditional vaginal delivery in Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental groups by using coin toss method(Le Beier childbirth analgesia combined with music therapy, 100 cases), the control group(Le Beier childbirth analgesia, 100 cases) and the blank control group(traditional delivery mode, 100 cases). The pain, estrus, blood loss, labor, neonatal Apgar score, and delivery satisfaction were compared between the three groups. Results The vaginal delivery rate of the experimental group, the control group and the blank control group decreased sequentially(97.00 %, 82.00 %, 71.00 %, P<0.05); the degree of pain and adverse emotions of vaginal delivery increased in turn(P<0.05); The amount of bleeding during childbirth and the amount of bleeding at 24 h after delivery increased(P<0.05); the first, second, third and total stage of labor increased sequentially(P<0.05); 3 groups of newborns 1 min after birth, Apgar scores decreased in 5 min and 10 min(P<0.05); maternal delivery satisfaction decreased sequentially(93.00 %, 83.00 %, 72.00 %, P<0.05).
